More about Shashibo Blue Crystal — Gartel Art Series
Blue Crystal comes from the series with artist Laurence Gartel, and it leans into a cool, glassy feeling that fits a calm workspace. On the DODECA cube the design breaks apart and recombines with every fold, so a fresh arrangement appears each time you twist. With more than 100 shapes available, there is plenty of room to explore before anything starts to feel familiar.
Thirty-six ultra strong magnets keep it tight in the hand, and it moves silently, which helps in classrooms and shared offices. Ages 8 and up can play. If you are collecting the Gartel series, Blue Crystal makes a nice cool counterpoint to Technicolor, and the cubes connect magnetically for display pieces that look like small gallery sculptures.
