If it doesn't flow — returns
The brand's motto is "if it doesn't flow, it doesn't go" — and that goes for purchases too. If a cube arrives damaged or simply isn't right, the return is handled by the store you ordered from.
How to start a return
Open your order in the store account and choose the return or replacement option. The return window, condition rules and refund method are set by that store and shown on the listing.
Faulty products and warranty
If magnets weaken, a hinge fails or a sticker lifts early, contact the store or the brand through the listing. Keep the box: some warranty requests ask for the lot number printed on it.
Before you send it back
A cube that feels stuck is rarely broken. Back up one move, let the magnets settle and try again — never force a piece.
